Your order will only be considered valid after it has been confirmed and accepted by FOX. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please carefully review your order before submitting it. Once your order is accepted, FOX may not be able to accept requests to cancel the order. If we do not accept, change or cancel the order, we will attempt to contact you through the email, billing address and/or phone number you provided when placing the order.

Your purchase can only be returned or exchanged according to our refund policy.

You declare and warrant that your purchase is for your personal or household use only and is not for commercial resale or export.

Once we transfer the products to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss are transferred to you.

All other names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans appearing in the services are trademarks of their respective owners.

You may be granted access to customer tools provided by a third party. These tools are part of the service, but we neither monitor nor control them, nor can we intervene in any way.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless FOX, Shopify, as well as our affiliates, partners, managers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and service providers from and against any losses, damages, liabilities or claims (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from the circumstances described below that require payment to a third party: (1) Your violation of these Service Terms or any documents incorporated by reference therein; (2) Your infringement of any law or rights of a third party; or (3) Your access and use of the service.

We will notify you of any claims that require compensation. However, if you fail to receive the notification in time, this will not relieve your obligation to compensate, unless you have suffered substantial damage as a result. We can handle the defense and settlement of such claims, with the cost borne by you, including the selection of a lawyer.
